  Just called the service rep to ask about my computer. Probably one of the nicest service reps I've talked to. Worked through my issue with me and helped me understand their fee structure and service process. I've called about four other shops in the city that have all received high ratings on Google reviews and was very disappointed by the customer service (long on-hold times, not picking up during work hours, unprofessional employees). It's super important to me to trust the people I am leaving my computer with (after all it has all of my personal information on it). This place seems very good. I will be using their service.
