- Cory Coljee-Gray Added 2017-10-21★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Was charged 3 times the amount I owed and it took 2 months, lots of phone calls, and a 2 month headache to get reimbursed. The manager who looked after the issue initially continued to say it was my credit cards fault (it wasn't). The customer care centre was very helpful but couldn't issue a refund on this agencies behalf. Was never compensated any credit card incured interest charges. And the balance sat for two months. After threatening to contact the bbb they finally looked into it and issued the refund. Will not be renting with them again.
