  Excellent customer service. Can trust them to give you an honest opinion. Not just out to make a buck. Dealership told me front and rear brakes needed to be changed because they were warm right down. Kal tire checked. Front brakes soon but back breaks have a lot of life left. Would recommend store to anyone looking for repairs.

  Another great experience at Kal Tire! I had a slow leak; they said the appointment would take about an hour but were finished in 30 minutes, and though it was unrepairable they had changed it to my spare, bagged and stowed the damaged tire and hub, advised me to see if it was under warranty at my dealership before hastily buying a new one from them, and didn’t charge me at all for any of the service. Honest, efficient, friendly and professional! Thanks!

  While I have had issues with this location in the past, it would seem as though they are attempting to right their wrongs. Stuart was above and beyond in making sure I was satisfied and left happy. Great job to the entire team. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

  I was heading to visit my family from Saskatoon and on my way, passing through Regina, I had a slow leak in on of my tires. I had to stay the night in Regina and first thing the next day I went to this Kal Tire. The service was absolutely AMAZING! What ended up being the issue was that the rim was cracked, and I would have to replace the rim. The service technician Amber even went home to see if she had a spare rim that I could use. I was complaining to Stewart, the service advisor, about what an awful week I was having because my other tires and rims were stolen shortly before this incident. Stewart was able to locate a tire and rim for me and my bill was only $50.00 and he even quoted some new tires and rims for me! It was such a great experience -they deserve a raise! I would definitely drive from Saskatoon to Regina to go to this specific Kal Tire.

  Fast and professional service, I called for an appointment and got in right away the next day. My vehicle went in ahead of schedule and the work was completed quicker than expected. I have never had anything less than exceptional service at this Kal Tire location.
